INVOICING TERMS
All emergency work and appointments in need of new parts and/or specialist equipment must be paid in full to reserve your booking. This includes appointments that require technicians who specialise in electrics, carpentry, access control, CCTV, intercom systems, security grilles, metalwork and welding, etc. Rest assured, your payment will secure a guaranteed slot and place you on our priority list.
All customers in breach of payment terms will be liable for the cost of recovery, which includes:
- Debt collection agency fee at 20%.
- Interest at 8%.
- Late payment charge per invoice of £75.
- Debt recovery action is applicable after 7 days of nonreceipt of payment.
CANCELLATION FEE POLICY:
A flat rate of £99 is applicable if the job is cancelled.
OUT OF OFFICE HOURS POLICY:
Full payment will be taken upfront during out-of-office hours. Upon receipt, we will dispatch our emergency locksmith to assist you immediately.
